We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any connected third-party platform.

  • Provide accurate account information

4. Integration Terms

By connecting a third-party account:

  • You authorize ZoopseIndia to access permitted data via third-party APIs.
  • You confirm you are authorized to manage the connected accounts.
  • You acknowledge that changes in third-party policies or APIs may affect service functionality.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Misuse or unlawfully distribute lead data
  • Violate connected third-party platform policies
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform

6. Fees and Payment (If Applicable)

If the Service operates on a subscription basis:

  • Fees are billed in advance.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by Indian law.
  • Accounts may be suspended for non-payment.

7. Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of:

  • Their business data
  • Lead data collected via connected sources

ZoopseIndia acts as a data processor on behalf of customers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

  • ZoopseIndia shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the preceding three months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Violate third-party platform policies
  • Engage in unlawful activity

Users may terminate their account at any time.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in [New Delhi, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
